Guarantee terms

The promise

We deliver at least 2 qualified manufacturer matches within 10 business days of receiving your payment and a complete brief. If we can't, we refund your $499 in full.

What counts as a qualified match

A qualified match is a manufacturer in our network that is capable of producing your specific product and has confirmed interest in reviewing your project.

What counts as a complete brief

A complete brief includes your product description, any available tech pack or reference materials, target quantity, target price if you have one, and your timeline. If we need more information from you to source your matches, the 10 business day window pauses until we receive it.

How refunds work

If we don't meet the guarantee, we refund your $499 in full to the original payment method within 5 business days of the deadline.

What isn't covered

The guarantee covers delivery of matches. It doesn't cover the outcome of your negotiations with a manufacturer, their production quality, pricing, or lead times, which are determined between you and the manufacturer directly.
